    3. Review Your Cart: Once you’ve added all items, go to the Cart page and check the items. You can update quantities or remove items if needed.
    4. Proceed to Checkout: Click “Checkout” and enter your shipping details. If you have a discount code, apply it .
    5. Select Payment Method: Choose from available payment options (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or COD).
    6. Confirm & Place Order: Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link.
    7. Track Order: Track your order here.

We understand that you may need to modify your order. Here’s what you need to know:

    • Order Changes: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our support team to update your size, color, or shipping address. Once the order is dispatched, modifications are not possible.
    • Order Cancellations: You can cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel, go to the “My Orders” section in your account and select “Cancel Order.” If you placed the order as a guest, reach out to our support team with your order number.

Note: If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery, and the amount will be refunded.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by:

    1. Logging into your account and going to the “My Orders” section.
    2. Clicking on the order you want to track.
    3. Viewing real-time tracking updates from our courier partner.

If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for more than 48 hours, contact our support team for assistance.

There are several reasons why a payment may fail:

    1. Incorrect Card Details: Double-check if you entered the correct card number, CVV, and expiry date.
    2. Insufficient Balance: Ensure you have enough funds in your account.
    3. Bank Authorization Issues: Some banks may block online transactions. Contact your bank to confirm.
    4. Network or Technical Issues: Sometimes, temporary glitches can cause failures. Try again after a few minutes or use a different payment method.

If your payment was deducted but the order wasn’t placed, don’t worry! The amount will be automatically refunded within 3-5 business days

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. Here’s what you need to know:

    • COD is available 
    • A small COD handling fee may apply (displayed at checkout).
    • Some pin codes may not be eligible for COD due to courier restrictions.
    • COD orders require a confirmation call or SMS before shipping.

If you refuse a COD order upon delivery, your COD option may be restricted for future purchases.

 The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Here’s a general timeframe:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
    • International Shipping: We do not accept international orders now.

We process and ship orders within 24-48 hours (except on weekends & public holidays). Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

No, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping charges depend on your location and order value:

    • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid order
    • COD is available for orders below ₹1000.
    • Please note, COD orders will incur a flat shipping rate of ₹50.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but if your package is delayed, here’s what you can do:

    1. Check the Tracking Link: If the tracking has no updates for more than 48 hours, contact the courier.
    2. Wait for the Estimated Delivery Date: Sometimes, deliveries take slightly longer due to courier backlogs or holidays.
    3. Contact Customer Support: If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated time, reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with the courier and update you on the next step
    4. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement as per your preference.

If your order exceeds the expected delivery time:

    • First, check the tracking link for any courier updates.
    • If there’s a delay due to operational issues, weather, or customs, we request you to wait a few extra days.
    • If your order is significantly delayed (beyond 10 days), contact our support team, and we’ll escalate the issue.

Possible Resolutions:

    • If your package is still in transit but delayed, we’ll expedite the process with the courier.
    • If the order is lost in transit, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
    • We strive to ensure all deliveries reach you on time, and in case of any issues, our team is always here to assist.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
    • Returns are accepted for size issues, defects, or wrong items received.
    • Some items, like innerwear, accessories, and final sale items, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
    • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Returning an item is easy! Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Returns Page: Log in to your account and navigate to the “My Orders” section. Select the item you want to return and click “Return.”
    2. Choose Return Reason: Select the reason for return (size issue, wrong item, defective product, etc.).
    3. Schedule Pickup or Self-Ship:
      1. Pickup Service (Available in Select Locations): We’ll arrange for a courier pickup at your address.
      2. Self-Ship: If pickup is not available in your area, you can send the package to our return address (shared via email).
    4. Receive Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines:

    • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallets): Refund in 3-7 business days.
    • COD Orders: Refund as store credit or bank transfer (within 7-10 business days).

Most of our products are eligible for returns and exchanges, but there are some exceptions:

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Innerwear, socks, swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
