Return Window
Please request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

✅ Unwashed
✅ Original tags attached
✅ In original packaging
✅ Valid purchase receipt or bill
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Innerwear
Customized products
Sale items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
Online Payments:
Refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive your return.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunded to your bank account within 7 working days after processing.
(Kindly provide your bank details when requesting a return.)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for COD charges and reverse shipping fees.
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Processing Time
Returns and refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
International Returns
We currently do not accept international returns or exchanges.
